All information collected by Medica Footcare in relation to personal details, health information relevant to performing safe medical footcare procedures, is kept confidentially by Medica Footcare. Not details will be shared with third parties except for when the client agrees that Medica Footcare can refer a case to a client's GP. When this applies, any written referral letter will be presented directly to the client to be able to give this to the GP. All client records are kept securely by Medica Footcare, and clients are able to request sight of, or copies of the medical forms completed after the client visit.
